About the project
This software solution allowed us to work competently with clients. The system allowed to create a commercial offer for the client with all product names and prices, saved this data and recorded the KP, then a conversation was held with the client and if he agreed, then on the basis of the KP made, the program automatically created an agreement where it entered all the necessary documents. Next, the system notified the storekeeper that certain items of goods must be issued for this client. The system stored the database in an organized manner and allowed working through a thin client (client-server system). This tool turned out to be useful for the company as it automated all the activities of working with the client from beginning to end, and at the same time had all the tools of the warehouse.
The project implemented:
- The workplace of the sales manager, followed by the issuance of a commercial offer for customers, and viewing the database of goods, current prices, promotions, discount conditions for goods.
- The process of approving the commercial offer and the contract on the part of the general manager and the director of the company (agreed, sent for revision, rejected, agreed).
- Creating a contract for the client (in PDF format) based on an existing commercial offer or manually, indicating possible delivery conditions depending on the name of the product, customs clearance, etc.
- Workplace for the storekeeper, delivery of goods, registration of goods, setting prices for goods, etc..
- A workplace for the head of the company, viewing final reports, a sales funnel, awarding employees based on the results of signed contracts with clients.
