About the project
Description As part of the project on modernization of public finance management -II, an electronic document management system was introduced in the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan. The system made it possible to simplify the process of processing and accounting for internal and external document flow. The process of setting and monitoring tasks and assignments has been automated. Registration logs have been developed for the office management department.
As part of the project, the following were automated:
- Registration of incoming documentation from other authorities. Registration of admission of citizens. Registration of UDS accepted from other authorities. Registration of citizens' appeals. Registration of outgoing documents..
- Log displays (filters)
- Online editing and online viewing
- Internal correspondence. Document approval (Resolution). Templates of cards and documents. Approval and signing. Comment on the document, execution, instructions, etc. Search for documents based on the entered data
- Online document comparison. Consideration and execution of the document
- Meetings. Registration of employees' work. Notifications, alerts, calendar.
- Registration of orders. Control over the execution of the Work Plan for the year, the plan registration log. Special instructions of the Prosecutor General
- Registration of vacations. Registration of business trips. Substitution of powers. The database of civil servants. Extradition
- The reporting system. The LOG of all actions. Employee status (online, offline)
The use of Information systems in government agencies will increase productivity and work efficiency, contribute to reducing corruption and negligence in solving cases, which in turn will affect the improvement of the economy and stability at the levels of the state.
