About the project
Description To improve the operation and booking of tickets, a system for booking and ordering tickets has been developed. We have developed a centralized web system with a personal account for them, where employees can book tickets for customers and process an incoming ticket booking request from customers. A mobile application has also been developed for customers, where customers can independently register and send requests for ticket reservations, view current flights, make a call to clarify details, and order a callback. A universal system for creating roles and assigning access was also developed, where the Administrator could create a role himself without the help of a programmer and give access to any level of the user. This system simplifies the work of operators to receive an order and helps to keep records of ticket sales and keep records.
As part of the project, the following were automated:
- Workplace of the order acceptance operator and the Administrator.
- Creating dynamic roles and assigning them to system users.
- Notification system when ordering a ticket, departure, registration and promotions of the program for the mobile application.
- Online dispatch of current flights and processing of ticket booking requests.
- Generating tickets in jpg format and uploading to the client's phone.
- Synchronization of the mobile phone with the central system.
- Generation and output of reports and statistics.
To achieve goals and work efficiency, it is necessary to provide modern technologies that will simplify activities and allow you to use them with interest in your daily life.
