About the project
This hardware and software complex is based on a software solution. The functionality of such a solution meets all the requirements that the market places on such systems today. Analogues of such systems are known as electronic queue management systems, queue management systems, or simply SLMs. The main task that electronic queue systems solve is to rid the visitors of the institution of the independent organization of waiting for services and interaction in this process with other clients of the company. Among other things, the use of such systems makes the workflow completely transparent, since the program records all data related to the performance of official duties by each of the specialists.
The project implemented:
- Sequential issuance of customer registration checks, the possibility of remote registration in the service queue.
- Automation of the distribution of services to individual reception points, the possibility of delegating services to another operator at the time of absence.
- Accounting for the quality of customer service operators, service time, downtime, activity schedule.
- Automation of reporting and output of all necessary parameters over a remote network.
- Remote management of the program design and services.
- Improving the quality and speed of customer service.
The queue management system allows you to streamline the reception of visitors, get rid of "live" queues and related problems, and reduces the likelihood of conflict situations.
